I had talked with Dennis and the techs a few months ago about getting the wheel bearings done on my fifth wheel RV. They explained to me to just bring it in and they will do whatever I needed done, no appointment needed. Sounded a little strange, but they explained to me that they were tired of customers setting appointments and not keeping them, so they have a first come first serve system in place. I took my fifth wheel RV in there on a Monday afternoon and they repacked the bearings on all three axles and also did a service on the generator (as requested). Steve called me the next Friday and said that my RV was finished and ready to go. I had several questions for him and he answered every one with knowledge and professionalism. Zabukovic RV was not only fast but, they have the best price for repairs and regular maintenance on RVs. They have earned my business from now on. With this kind of professionalism and customer service, I will also be contacting them on any and all future RV purchases. So glad to see at least one RV dealer with great customer service.

I've been traveling across the USA in my RV for about two years. After I left the Pleasant Valley RV campground in Howard, Colorado on Sunday morning, my RV engine sputtered for 70 miles. Off and on the RV reached a speed of 50 mph and then drop to 10 mph. It was a slow nerve-racking ride, especially on parts of the highway that had an incline. Fortunately, the engine never turned off and I made it to Pueblo.Of the RV dealerships in Pueblo, I chose Zabukovic RV. And Im glad I did!After I explained what my RV engine was doing to Dennis Zabukovic, he referred me to Classic Auto located a 1/2 mile from his dealership because his service department only works on repairs inside of RVs.Before I left I told Dennis about the refrigerator problem in my RV and asked if he had time to figure out why the propane pilot wasn't turning on while I was driving or dry camping. drove or dry camped. Dennis immediately made time to remove the panel behind the refrigerator where he discovered a swarm of now-dead bees had built a nest around the pilot light area. After he removed the nest and cleaned up the area, the pilot light turned on. Dennis didnt charge me for the work. At Classic Auto, I received the same kind, of honest, treatment and service from Amanda, James, and Dave, as I did from Dennis. Classic Auto did a fabulous job with the fuel pump repair to my RV, and finished it in a timely manner and at a fair price. Thank you, Dennis!

Took my 2019 Fuzion in for bearing repack, underbelly work, and toilet seal to be fixed. It was done in a few days, way before time promised and all completed perfectly. I was shocked at the low price to fix my toy hauler, we'll below any other dealership in town. Steve is the head mechanic and has worked on my rigs in the past. I would highly recommend them over other rv dealers in Colorado Springs.

If there were a way to give more than 5 stars I would do it. I brought in my 1993 Class C for work to be done, fixing my steps, lights, interior damage, and a couple other things. Not only did they complete Everything on my list, they even worked with another auto repair business to make sure even items I did not have on my list were fixed. AND they did it Under budget! I am more than impressed with Zabukovic RV and would recommend them wholeheartedly! Oh, and Kevin was a delight, polite, cheerful, and professional. Kudos to him and the entire Service Dept.

On a recent trip through Colorado, we encountered a leak with our propane tanks on a very chilly night along with a GFI receptacle that kept tripping. The next day we stopped in to Zabukovic RV and talked to Dennis. He advised there was a 3 day waiting period due to work already in shop and he didn't have the parts on hand, but was expecting a shipment later that day. He told me the GFI was not the RV type & had to be purchased at Lowe's. Since I had to go to the other side of town for the switch he told me to check in with his competitor on that end of town to see if she had the propane regulator...which she did. It is refreshing to encounter people as friendly and helpful as Dennis Zabukovic who cared more about my needs than his Sales sheet and sent me to his competitor for a quick resolution & get my wife and I back on the road. This is an Honest and Knowledgeable organization and I would highly recommend them. Thank you!

We had a new AC unit installed on our truck camper and We just want to say thank you for the excellent service we received. Had a minor emergency at the reservoir when I left the L pins for my hitch on the back bumper of my truck and lost them during a ride into town. Stopped in for replacements and met the owner. He was out of stock on the pins but sold me the pins from the floor display. Saved my butt. I also enjoyed talking to him. Really nice guy. When I am in the area again and have RV needs, I will be stopping here first.

We came from Maryland and realized that we had a few issues with our brand new travel trailer. I called Camping World and other companiesall of which was overbooked. We found these folks and after reading the great reviews, we called. They immediately took in our rig and two days later all was well. We were prepared for sticker shock and were pleasantly surprised when the cost was much lower than expected. We highly recommend this company and are impressed by their integrity.
